What Happens During a Spiritual Life Coaching Session?

In a chakra healing session, you will experience deep relaxation and some patients report having sensations of energy moving. The aim of this session is to help you feel nurtured and supported. We find some clients will get an emotional release and may cry, while others may not get that emotional release but may develop insight into how they can improve specific areas of their lives. 

During a crystal healing session, crystals and other stones are placed on your body to protect against and cure ailments. Crystals have powerful healing properties and can provide the flow of positive energy into the body to help to release any negative energy.  

Relationship Life Coaching

In this specialization, we help our clients to find greater fulfillment in their personal relationships. What Happens During a Relationship Life Coaching Session

No matter what kind of relationship, we can help you to get around those painful issues and that is the aim of your session. We don’t promise you that you will keep the relationship together but we can help bring problems to light and allow these to be considered openly. 

We work through sessions helping individuals to see the part they play in the larger dynamic of the relationship and this often yields beneficial results for the relationship even in cases where only one member chooses to attend the sessions.

For this type of assistance, we use evidence-based treatment that focuses on strengths-based support. If you have not already started your divorce proceedings we can help you to determine if you really need to make the rash decision to divorce or not. Our sessions are talk therapy focused with the aim of getting through the confusion that often comes along with a divorce. There are a lot of emotions in play through this process and even after the marital split when you are starting over. 

We work to address the sense of overwhelm and work through concealing fears. We understand that there are a lot of questions going through your mind as it relates to finances, children, and navigating the split for the short term and for the long term. 

Family Life Coaching

Every family has its own set of problems, some may be commonplace while others may not. It is never easy to live with other people, and yes, that includes family members. 

Family life coaching takes time, practice, and a lot of patience but a good family dynamic can be achieved with help from our coaching program. It’s not always easy keeping family members happy but our coaching is designed to help our clients with the tools for reaching compromises, transforming difficult living situations, and resolving conflicts. The overall aim is to get the living situation back to a comfortable one. 

What Happens During a Life Coaching Session

Sessions change over time to meet your needs as we work through what is holding you back in each session. There is talk therapy and there may be activities that we have you complete.

Grief Coaching

This service has the aim of counteracting your pain and loneliness via goal-setting. Goals are personalized, achievable, and specific to each client and situation. The goal is to rebuild whatever the loss took away. This can be the power to make a decision, self-esteem, or any other internal factor standing in the way of dealing with the loss and moving forward. 

We help our clients whether they’ve been grieving for days, weeks, months, or years, always with a tailored approach. 

What Happens During a Grief Coaching Session

We always aim to focus on the present during a grief coaching session. We also want to focus on the future and we use practical methods and exercises to create a safe, healthy dialogue while ensuring we are compassionate and understanding. Clients are allowed to grieve and vent and we try to guide them back to the present – the here and now. 

If you need help to understand your unique grief response, we help with that as well. We offer personalized solutions to help you find meaning and propose for your current life without dismissing your grief. 

Grieving is a normal and natural response to tragic events and death, and we allow you to express your grief as we guide you out of it. Sometimes the session will just be the coach being a listening ear, so you can share your loss, confusion, and feelings of sorrow without any intervention. 

Life Skills Coaching

We help our clients with intellectual disabilities develop the skills that are necessary for them to integrate into society. Clients will benefit from being able to pursue gainful employment and improve their quality of life with successful coaching. 

What Happens During a Life Skills Coaching Session

Sessions are typically one-on-one and run for between 45 and 60 minutes. You can meet once per week, once every two weeks, or once per month based on your needs. We will create a plan that works for you that allows for flexibility and meets your schedule. 

The first couple of sessions are used to go over goals so we can establish what it is that you would like to achieve from your coaching sessions. If you aren’t clear on your goals yet, we can help you with that as well. We use active listening and assessments to unfold your desires and can help you really pinpoint your goals. 

Our initial assessments will help us to identify your strengths, your values, and the things that give you purpose and meaning. We always want to start off by understanding your clarity and then we help you develop a personalized plan to get you to your ultimate goal.  

We then look at steps to help you get to your goals and always focus on your current steps and the ones directly ahead. So as each session unfolds, we move forward to the next stages. This means the entire process is very personal and how fast you move through the steps is up to you. 

Anxiety/Stress-Management Coaching

In this service, we help our clients evaluate their lives, identify stressors and come up with solutions to develop the positive coping strategies and skills necessary to decrease anxiety and stress. We examine stress in all facets of life to include physical well-being, emotional health, home life, and work life. 

What Happens During an Anxiety/Stress-Management Session

In your first session, we will set some goals. The goals we set will be specific to your case. It could be around managing your anxiety or managing the things you want to do that anxiety is currently stopping you from doing. Whatever it is, the first step is always to have a clear destination in mind. 

We will ask you questions to find out more about your anxiety so we can understand it better. Your responses can help us identify triggers and limiting beliefs that may be feeding your anxiety so we can change the narrative.
